Return Policy and Procedures

The BeWell Group aims to give the best possible service a quick delivery and a simple buying experience. 

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund, or exchange if you prefer, no questions asked, if you are not completely happy with any product. Please read the whole of our Return Policy and Procedures to make sure your items can be returned and any special requirements relating to your purchase.

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please ensure you do not damage the items and packaging so that anything is returned to us in perfect condition. 

If reasonable care has not been taken when checking the purchase of when returning it to us, we reserve the right to refund you for less than the full amount by way of compensation either to repair the item or cover any loss.

All food products and nutritional product sales are final, and not returnable.

Where an item is defective because of a manufacturer issue, you can return it at any time. We will provide a replacement and handle the return back to the manufacturer. The replacement will be the nearest available to the original, and if that is not available then a refund will be provided instead, at our discretion.

The return of an item is at your cost. Where the returned item is for exchange, the return cost is yours, and we will cover the cost of the exchanged item back to you. 

Where the returned item is for exchange and the item has been correctly supplied, the return cost and the cost of sending you the new item is yours. 

Where the returned item is for refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, including in cases where the shipping was free. Changes or additions to the delivery address after despatch may involve additional costs, returns or redeliveries are at your cost.

Except for faulty, incorrect, incorrectly described, or damaged goods, returns outside of the 14 day return period, we reserve the right not to offer a refund and may return the item to you at your cost. This cost may be charged in advance of us returning it to you.

As long as you have told us that you are returning your order within the 14-day period, you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges as long as you have told us that you are returning your order. Delivery charges are not refunded where only part of your order is being returned to us.

To return an item to The BeWell Group, please do this:

Put the item in a box or large envelope, include the invoice and let us know the details of why you are returning or exchanging it.
